Appearance : A beautiful and radiant pale-yellow colour enhanced by streams of tiny bubbles that come together in a delicate and persistent crown.
Nose : Light and elegant showing notes of white flowers and apple blossom with a touch of hawthorn. As the wine breathes, hints of Rennet apple and Conference pear lend complexity and richness.
Palate : Refreshing and luscious with a pleasant mixture of apple purée, white peach and mirabelle plum. Extremely fine bubbles. Mineral and thirst-quenching on the finish with a subtle suggestion of spices.
Food matching : Excellent as an aperitif or served with trout with almonds, scallop carpaccio, or Breton lobster.
